Project Overview
Crimson Tide provides mpro5, a robust mobile workflow management solution. As a Solutions Architect and DBA, I play a pivotal role in optimizing database performance and designing scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
The Solution
I analyzed and refactored critical SQL stored procedures, significantly reducing execution time. I also implemented new architectural patterns using Azure services to handle client-specific workflows more efficiently, ensuring high availability and faster response times.
The Challenge
The existing system faced performance bottlenecks with complex stored procedures and increasing data query volumes. Additionally, onboarding new enterprise clients required bespoke configurations that were time-consuming to implement manually.
